About Me:
Christine Rossi-Wright (she/her) BEd, MSW, RSW
I’m so happy you’re here.
I am a Registered Social Worker who works from a holistic, trauma-informed lens. My practice is grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection – with ourselves and with others.
I specialize in supporting individuals facing stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, and trauma. My approach weaves together Internal Family Systems (IFS), compassion-focused therapy, polyvagal theory, and attachment-based therapy to help clients cultivate self-understanding, emotional safety, and inner harmony.
Right now, you may be worrying about something, doubting yourself, or feeling hopeless nothing will change. Maybe you’re wondering how will I cope with it all? You may have considered reaching out for support in the past, or you’re now realizing this is something you want to do. Whatever it is, let’s start there.
You are the expert in your story.
In our first session, we will talk about what brought you to therapy, and together, we will work collaboratively to help you understand all of the parts that make you who you are in a deeper, more compassionate way
I know how courageous it is to reach out for support. It’s my goal to offer a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and empowered on your journey toward healing and wholeness.
