Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in self-doubt, or unsure how to move through patterns that keep showing up in their lives. Often, these experiences make more sense when we slow down and begin to understand whatโs happening underneath them.
In our work together, weโll gently explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, using Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a guiding approach. This means paying attention to the different thoughts, emotions, and reactions that show up, not as problems to fix, but as parts of you that may be trying to help in their own way.
Rather than rushing to change things, we take time to understand what these parts are carrying and how theyโve been trying to protect you.
Over time, this process can help create more space, so things feel a little less heavy, a little more understandable, and more connected to who you are beneath it all.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can feel more grounded, more self-aware, and more at ease within yourself.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a primary approach I use in therapy. Together, we'll explore the different parts of you, such as the inner critic, people-pleaser, perfectionist, or overwhelmed part, with compassion rather than judgment.
